When we decide to open a restaurant, in a building designed by Studio Konior, which will soon to be home to one of the best symphony orchestras in Europe, we knew that this is not an easy task. We knew that what we are going to serve and how – should keep a similar impression on the visitors, as selected repertoire. We managed to collect excellent team of people, who from the outset builds a friendly atmosphere, and Katarzyna Rogowska, head chef, leaves no doubt that Silesia can move not only musically, but also culinary. This place definitely allows us to implement our ideas.
